What is this? Need for Speed?

This local (to me) Tracker is modified, and the owner seems to enjoy showing off their boots. It has nitrous, neons, a "race engine", custom bodykit, and a $15,000 sound system. what more do you want?

The car is for sale for $8,000 in Canucks.

$15000 sound system...lol. these trackers were not even $15000 brand new. but for a rust free example that I could bring back to stock condition I say $2500 tops
